How Do I Book a Meeting Room?
The Library’s Carlo Meeting Room is available for use by the public, during the hours the Library is open. It is available on a first come, first served basis; however, priority will always be given to the Library for programs. The Meeting Room must be reserved by a resident of the City or Township of Northville.
The Room may be subdivided into two sections, and groups may book Room A (maximum 25 people), Room B (maximum 50), or the entire Room (maximum 75). The Room is also available to for-profit businesses for a fee (see Room Request Form for fee details).
You may submit a request to reserve the Room in one of the following ways:
You will be notified if the Room is available for the date and time requested.
- fill out a Request Form in person at the Library’s Information Desk,
- Print and fax a completed Request Form, or
- click here to send an email Request using the online form.
PLEASE READ THE MEETING ROOM POLICY BEFORE REQUESTING THE ROOM.
