7:01 pm Meeting called to order.

No meeting was held in January due to lack of quorum.

Meeting agenda and prior meeting minutes approved.

President's Report - Jennifer Gustafson
Discussion centered on the First VP position being an open position. Linda Schwelnus was nominated for the position by Claire. All were in favor.

Peg Koppy resigned from doing the book/author luncheon for 2012. Sandy will put the position in the newsletter.

February 23 is the deadline for the newsletter.

A volunteer coordinator is needed. If anyone knows of someone who might be interested let Jennifer know.

Library Director - Anne Mannisto
Anne thanked the Friends for the delicious treats.

December circulation is down but downloads are up.

Donor appreciation event went well. There are still prints available.

The library will be partnering with the Parks and Recreation department for "Fun Friday Flicks" in the summer. On June 24, July 29 and August 26 they will join together to show movies. The library will need help funding the opening acts. They are requesting a contribution of $300-500 in order to pay. The movies will be Nanny McPhee Returns, Legends of the Guardians, and Toy Story 3.

The meeting room carpeting will be replaced this year.

There are posted vacancies which the library is actively trying to fill.

Treasurer's Report- Denise Stacer
Nothing new to report.
The Friends is requesting a Wish List from the library.

Corresponding Secretary - Christa Williams
We received a Thank You note from the library for the Staff Appreciation goodies.

We received a Christmas card from Max Printing and Mission Based Books.

Membership - Ellison Franklin
The membership meeting was canceled due to inclement weather.
The credit card procedure has been updated to block out a portion of the account number.

Gift Store - Linda Schwelnus
The store achieved $4300 in sales in November and December. Things have slowed down in January. The store is on track for their commitment.

New Business-
The annual meeting will be March 20 from 5-7. Looking at having the annual meeting at different location.

Jennifer is requesting everyone email her with their updated contact information.
