A trustee must respect the confidential nature of library business while being aware of and in compliance with applicable laws governing freedom of information.
Trustees shall not become employed by the Northville District Library or receive any compensation for services rendered.
No immediate family member of a trustee shall become employed by the Northville District Library while that trustee holds office. Immediate family member is defined as a spouse, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew.
